Current Research: Ipamorelin is often compared to other growth hormone (GH) secretagogues, such as GHRP-6 and GHRP-2. Ipamorelin is generally considered to have a more favorable side effect profile because it does not significantly stimulate the release of cortisol or prolactin.

• It is also compared to CJC-1295, another peptide that stimulates growth hormone (GH) release. CJC-1295 has a longer half-life, leading to a more sustained release of GH, while Ipamorelin has a shorter half-life but may provide a more immediate surge in GH.
• Ipamorelin is sometimes used in combination with CJC-1295 to achieve both an immediate and sustained increase in growth hormone (GH) levels.
